The National Young Writers Festival & TINA
The National Young Writers Festival (NYWF) is the annual event for young and emerging writers, poets, publishers and performers to gather together in Newcastle and drink a whole lot of beer and get creative. It's an opportunity to witness the great and expanding pool of Australian talent in the writing sphere.
It is part of the This Is Not Art (TINA) festival which mixes in independent musicians, journalists, artists and activists.
The festival goes for five days untill the 1st October and features cutting-edge performances, panels, collaborations, experiments, workshops and parties.
We're very lucky and excited to be performing this year and have whipped up a new blend of our themes and ideas and called it:
The Poetry Circus on Thursday 27th September @ 4:00 pm in the Festival Club.
